Un Marriage de Convenance (“A Marriage of Convenience”) by Alexandre Dumas pére. Translated into Afrikaans as 'n Gerieflike Huwelik (lit. A Convenient Marriage") and produced by the Paul de Groot Toneelgeselskap in 1927 and the first play in which André Huguenet appeared as performer. Performed 93 times between July 1927 and early 1928.. It was an Afrikaans version of the first play in which Paul de Groot had appeared as actor (Dutch title Een Huwelijk onder Lodewijk XV, directed by Verkade in Nijmegen, 1909)
