The South African and International Exhibition was a world's industrial fair held in Kimberley, South Africa.
Not to be confused with the South African International Exhibition (Cape Town, 1877)[1]
An initiative of Cecil Rhodes, Prime Minister of Cape Colony, the exhibition took place in the Public Gardens of Kimberley in corrugated iron buildings designed D. W. Greatbatch. It was opened by Henry Loch, High Commissioner for Southern Africa, on 8 September 1892 and ended on 20 January 1893.
