Society is a comedy by T.W. Robertson (1829-1871)[1].

The original text

First produced in 1865 at the Prince of Wales's Theatre in the West End, London.

Performance history in South Africa

1884-5: Performed by the Henry Harper Company in the new Theatre Royal, Cape Town, as part of Henry Harper's first season as lessee and manager of the venue.
