Mr. Westropp (fl. mid 19th century) was a Cape Town resident and amateur performer.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
He was a founding member and secretary of the Cape Town Theatrical Club (later to become the Cape Town Dramatic Club) in 1857 or 1858. As a performer he specialised in ballet performances.
