The acronym for the South African Committee of Performing Arts Councils, a co-ordinating body set up to deqal with joint issues of the five Performaing Arts Councils in the 1980s. (Have also found references to it as the South African Co-ordinating Council of Performing Arts Councils. (SACCPAC??), but the acronym used has been SACPAC
