Derek Wilson (1942-2017) Journalist, theatre and film critic and arts editor

He began with the Argus Kimberley, then moved to the Argus in Cape Town as journalist, later reviewer and arts editor -

He reviewed theatre and film for the Cape Argus (1970s-) and Fine Music Radio (1990s-) Judge for the FNB Vita Awards and the Fleur du Cap Theatre Awards.

He died in Cape Town in August 2017.
