(b. **/**/**** - d. **/**/****). Actress. In the late 1940s Helen Faul appeared in three Afrikaans-language films, namely Die Skerpioen (Arthur L. Bennett/1946), Die Kaskenades van Dokter Kwak (Pierre de Wet/1948) and Sarie Marais (Francis Coley/1949). In the latter she played the title role opposite Johann Nell, who also acted with her in Die Skerpioen. In 1955 she appeared on the stage in Bitter Einde, directed by Anna Neethling-Pohl for the Johannesburgse Afrikaanse Amateur Toneelspelers (JAATS). (FO)
