Ivanhoe, or The Knight Templar is a stage play by Sir Walter Scott[1] and Charles Farley (1771–1859)[2], with music by Dr Kitchener.
Based on Scott's original novel Ivanhoe[3], apparently adapted by Scott himself, then staged by Farley at the Theatre Royal at Covent Garden, London on 2 March, 1820. First printed by W. Smith in the same year.
