Leader of the Pack (musical)

Leader of the Pack [1] is a musical with music by Ellie Greenwich (1940-2009) [2] and lyrics by Greenwich "and friends". It opened at the Ambassador Theatre on Broadway in New York on 8 April 1985.

1995: Staged by The Johannesburg Civic Theatre Association, directed by Janice Honeyman (assisted by Maralin Vanrenen and Roy Hunter), with Ashley Taylor (D.J.), Tia Architto (Annie Golden), Denise Stock (Rosie Greenwich), Desiree Underwood (Young Ellie Greenwich), Ian von Memerty (Jeff Barry), Lisa Melman (Ellie Greenwich), Rory Rootenberg (Gus Sharkey), Cindy Sampson (Darlene Love) and others.
