A play offering a series of practical jokes, written in pantomimic style, the play was first performed to great popularity at the Theatre Royal Haymarket on August 31, 1830. Published by J. Cumberland 1830

1833: Performed in Cape Town in the African Theatre by the All the World's a Stage on 13 July, with The Floating Beacon, or The Norwegian Wreckers (Fitzball), The Six Simpletons, or The Press Gang (a "ballet dance"), and a new pantomime, Clown and Goose, performed by Mr Charles West.
