Studied at the University of Cape Town Drama Department where she received a Performer's Diploma in Speech and Drama in 1982.

She has appeared in Kabaret Kabaret (Glass Theatre), Odds and Ends, Die Litterstorie, Don Juan/Nightmare of Venus, The Boxes, Tales from the African Bush, Snoopy!!!, Durang Durang, 'Forbidden Fruits, Brighton Beach Memoirs, The Dybbuk (1986).
