* First staged in South Africa by Taubie Kushlick at the Civic Theatre, Johannesburg and the Aula, Pretoria for PACT in 1963. The cast included George Vollaire, Colin Fish, Philip Birkinshaw, Fiona Fraser, Siegfried Mynhardt and Frank Douglass.
