Mandla Langa

Mandla Langa, writer and poet. He lived in exile for 19 years. In 1991 he was awarded the Arts Council of Great Britain Bursary for creative writing, the first for a South African. He has held various ANC posts abroad, such as Cultural Representative in the UK and Western Europe. He was Vice-Chairperson of the successful africa95 Festival in London. He is the author and lyricist of Milestones (Milestones (musical)).
