The Aardklop festival is a national Afrikaans arts festival.
Firs held in 1997, it takes place in Potchefstroom, Northwestern Province (formerly Transvaal) during late September, beginning October.
The Afrikaans word "Aardklop" means something like "Pulse of the Earth", and was used as the name for a national Afrikaans arts festival held in Potchefstroom, Northwestern Province (formerly Transvaal) during late September, beginning October.
