Elaine Lee (1939–2014) [1] was a South African-born Australian-based theatre and television actress and entertainer best known for her role of Vera Collins in the 1970's Australian television soap opera Number 96 [2].

Started out at the East Rand Theatre Club. She starred in According to the Evidence, which Ricky Arden directed at the Alexander in 1966, together with Diane Wilson. ***(Tucker, 1997)
