The Atterbury Theatre is a 400-seat theatre in Lynnwood, Pretoria,
The Atterbury Theatre opened its doors on 18 May 2011 with a production of Stuur Groete vir Mannetjies Roux.
The theatre was constructed as part of the Lynnwood Bridge development by Atterbury Property Developments and forms part of the Atterbury Trust initiative.
In 2024 the venue was renamed The Fairtree Atterbury Theatre (Fairtree Atterbury-teater in Afrikaans).
