A play about shadowy characters that frequent a Hillbrow brothel owned by Mubara, a Nigerian immigrant.

Performance history in South Africa

2001: First performed in the North West Province.


2004: Performed in The Arena at the State Theatre, Pretoria, directed by Mpumelelo Paul Grootboom, starring Siyabonga Thwala as the Nigerian brothel owner "Mubara". Also performed at the Windybrow Theatre, Hillbrow

2005: Performed at the Market Theatre, directed by Lara Foot Newton with Mpumelelo Paul Grootboom.
