Written in 1965 while the playwright was completing an MA degree in Theatre Arts and Speech at the University of Illinois.
Act 1 published in Contemporary South African Plays (edited by Ernest Pereira, published by Ravan Press) in 1977.
Performance history in South Africa
1982 - Performed by FUBA drama students under the direction of Sisho Maphisa at the Market Theatre in 1982.
