Wat Gebeur Het Is... is a play by M.E. Strydom ().


The original text

Set in a beach house, it is a short play about four women - a writer, a composer, a singer and an actress, each in search of a moment of perfection in their life and art.

Written as part of a playwriting course in the Drama Department at Stellenbosch University.

The text is unpublished. An annotated class copy of the typed text held in the Drama Department archive, University of Stellenbosch.
