Lecturer*?, actor. **** (full name Sathasivan) Born in Natal. Wrote a doctorate on The History South African Indian Theatre in Natal from the mid-1900s to the present day with special reference to its transformation within the changing socio-political climate. (University of Durban Westville, 1998). Played one of the interlocutors in Kriben Pillay’s Looking for Muruga (1991) and had a role in the international film The Ghost and the Darkness. ***
