Translated into Afrikaans as Die Bad-Gaste ("The bathing guests") by Stephanus Maré (18**-1918), and becoming very popular in South Africa as well. (Sometimes also found as Die Badgaste in Binge, 1969)

1911-1918: Performed in Afrikaans by
1919-20: Performed in Afrikaans by the Graaff-Reinetse Letterkundige en Toneel Vereniging, under the direction of Pieter Pohl.
1922?: Performed in Afrikaans by the Middelburgse Kultuurvereniging under the direction of Danie Olivier.
