Rose Scorgie (1881/1885–1974) was a poet, playwright and author.


Rose Scorgie who was born in Potchefstroom, Transvaal, South Africa in 1885 and died in June 1974 in Durban/Ellisras, Transvaal(?)


Author of the poetry collection Saga of the Veldt (New York, The Galleon press, 1934)

Wrote the one-act play The Worm in the Bud, (1960) and the three-act play A Star Shines Amidst the Clouds *? (1960)***.
