Heathcliff Goes Home is an English musical play by Reza de Wet (1952-2012).
The play explores the life of Emily Brontë's brooding hero before he arrived at Wuthering Heights. Originally written in the early 1980s, under the title Heathcliff and the Dancing Bear, and utilizing the world of the travelling performers as frame, it was not published or produced at the time.
The play was finally produced as a musical under the new title Heathcliff Goes Home, as De Wet's final directorial production at Rhodes University in 2007.
