Fairyland

by David Kramer and Taliep Pietersen. A light-hearted and nostalgic look at the cinema “crooners” of the 1950s through song, dance and narrative. First performed in the Dockroad Theatre in Cape Town 1990, where it played for more than two years. Also performed at the Market Theatre in 1992. The play won the Vita National Award for Best Musical of the Year.
