Established 1994, based in Johannesburg
Amalgamation
In 2007 it amalgamated with the Performing Arts Workers' Union to form the Creative Workers Union of South Africa (CWUSA). This is a process that began in 2005 and culminated in a Launching Congress on 7-9 September 2007 in Johannesburg
