Imfuduso is a performance conceived and created by a number of women from the Crossroads squatter community in Cape Town. It is usually credited to "the Women of Crossroads", inter alia in Astbury (1979).

An improvised performance on the lives of women from the Transkei and Ciskei, living in the informal settlements around Cape Town, notably the Crossroads region. Created by the women from the Crossroads squatter community with Daisy Bara, Alexandria Luke, Siphokazi Luke, Elizabeth Lutango, Eslina Mapisa, Nomzamo Mathwethu, Muriel Mbobosi, Adelaide Mene, Mrs Mgodjo, Victoria Mkhonidweni, Mrs Nokilana, Regina Ntongana, Lilian Peters and Jane Yanta. Six performances of this production were staged at The Space (Cape Town) in 1978. Lighting by Faruk Hoosain. A photo by Bee Berman is contained in the book The Space/Die Ruimte/ Indawo (Brian Astbury, 1979)
