Vigil
Vigil (adapted for the British stage as Auntie and Me) is a two-hander play by Canadian playwright Morris Panych (1952- ) [1]. A dark comedy about an unexpectedly extended visit between Kemp, a lifelong misfit, and his bedridden elderly aunt.
First performed in 1995. Published January 1st 1996 by Talonbooks and translated into 19 languages since then.

2013: Performed at the 2013 Grahamstown Festival and the Fugard Theatre, directed by Christopher Weare with Graham Hopkins and Vanessa Cooke. Set and costumes by Julia Anastasopoulos. In 2014 played at the Auto & General Theatre on the Square.
