A comedy by by Fiona Coyne

Original text

Set in the world of Kenya during the "White Mischief" days, it is a wry one-woman comedy about a white woman's angst and pretensions in Africa - a continent she both loves and fears. It was Coyne's first play.

Performances in South Africa

1998: First performed by Fiona Coyne, directed by Ralph Lawson, designed by Brian Collins, as part of the Baxter New Writing Programme at the Baxter Theatre in 1998.

1999: Performed at the Hilton Festival in KwaZulu-Natal and on the National Arts Festival Fringe, 1999.

2016: Performed by Port Elizabeth Musical and Dramatic Society (PEMADS) from Wednesday, May 18 to Sunday, May 22. Directed by Linda-Louise Swain and performed by Niqui Cloete-Barrass.
