Alex Halligey (1982- ) is a South African actress. She graduated from UCT's Theatre and Performance programme in 2004.
In 2007 she won the Micheál Mac Liammóir Best Female Outstanding Performance Award at the Dublin Gay Theatre Festival for her portrayal of Georgina in The Boy Who Fell From The Roof and she was nominated for a Best Supporting Actress Fleur de Cap Award for the performance.
