Mr W. Brandt (17**-18**) was an amateur performer and composer in Cape Town.
He worked with Charles Etienne Boniface and was a member of the theatrical societies Honi Soit qui Mal y Pense and Vlyt en Kunst.
As an actor he appeared as "Bronn" in De Vrouw met Twee Mannen on 15 October, 1825.
He composed the music for a performance of Montoni, of Het Kasteel van Udolpho by Vlyt en Kunst in 1836.
