WILSON, Alexander Galbraith "Sandy" (1924–2014) was an English composer and lyricist, best known for his musical The Boy Friend (1953). [1]
Had written the book, lyrics and music of The Boy Friend while still in his twenties, and was brought to South Africa to direct it at the Brooke Theatre, opening 14 May 1957.
