(1935-2003) Actress and writer. Born in South Africa, **She had a small part in Charley's Aunt at His Majesty's Theatre in 1951, **, and The Spider’s Web (Johannesburg REPS, 1955). This was her last performance in South Africa before she left for London, where - as Yolande Turner – she made a name for herself as a film and TV actress and scriptwriter. She also met and married film star Peter Finch in 1956 (divorced 1965), she published a book chronicling their marriage.
