Under Milk Wood is a 1954 radio drama by Welsh poet Dylan Thomas (1914-1953) [1], commissioned by the BBC and later adapted for the stage. Originally presented at the Poetry Centre, New York on May 15, 1953, the author playing 1st voice and Reverend Eli Jenkins.
