Don Gxubane Onner die Boere (Afrikaans for “Don Gxubane among the Farmers/Boers”) is a 1994 satirical play by Charles J. Fourie, based on Bartho Smit's Don Juan onder die Boere. Won the SACPAC Best New Play of the Year Award in 1994. Published in Vrygrond en ander Dramas by Tafelberg Publishers in 1994 and by New Contrast Publishers.

Performance history in South Africa

First performed by UCT in Hiddingh Hall in Cape Town and then taken to Kampustoneel 1994.

Staged by PACT at the Arena at the State Theatre (August 1994) directed by Megan Willson, design by Chris van den Berg, lighting by Mark Behrens starring Ramolao Makhene, Louis van Niekerk, Marion Holm, Nana Stapelberg, Meme Ditshego, Hannes Muller and John Goddard.
