First performed in Le théâtre de la Cité, Paris on 23 November, 1797, and published in Paris by Barba in 1797.



Translated into Dutch as Het Huwelijk van Jocrisse, by Bernard Anthoine Fallée (1773-1847) and published in Amsterdam, 1810.
