The original text

The play was the winner of the 2013 Zabalaza Theatre Festival and in 2014 the Afrovibes Festival invited Dikotla to visit the Netherlands and the United Kingdom with his play.

Published by Junkets Publisher in 2014, the text playwright was awarded the Olive Schreiner Prize for Drama in the same year.
