Sunrise City, a musical play by Chris Pretorius, Matthew Krause, Mark Fleishman which gives a satirical view of pleasure palaces and the sex industry making use of caricature and exaggerated image of decadence, inspired by the work of German dramatist Bertolt Brecht. Performed at the Market Theatre, 1988. Music by Shaun Naidoo, with Hazel Friedman, Dominique Moser, Sarah Leftwich, Margaret Williams, Helena Hettema, Roz Monat.
