The Farndale Murder Mystery, produced in 1988 for the Royal Shakespeare Company, was written by British actor, producer, playwright, screenwriter and film critic David McGillivray (born 1947) and Walter Zerlin. For its South African production the title was changed to The Bergvliet Murder Mystery.
