SA première presented by CAPAB Drama at the Nico Arena, June 1989 before its visit to the Grahamstown Festival, directed by Johan Esterhuizen assisted by Lorraine Bellamy, designs Birrie le Roux, choreography Jeannette Ginslov, lighting Malcolm Hurrell, music Johan Cloete, with Bo Petersen and Mark Hoeben.
