After Magritte is a surreal comedy written by Tom Stoppard in 1970. It was first performed at the Green Banana Restaurant in London (Wikipedia).
Performance history in South Africa
Presented by CAPAB Drama in a double bill with The Real Inspector Hound in the Nico Malan Theatre in October 1971, directed by Mavis Taylor, designed by Raimond Schoop.
In South Africa it was performed by students of the University of the Witwatersrand School of Dramatic Art in The Nunnery at some stage between 1975 and 1983.
