Her first role was as an amateur while still at school, playing Natalya Stepanovna in Chekhov's The Proposal (Katilist Theatre, Observatory). At University her roles included The Hand and My Life Reviewed - Following Fugard, a programme facilitated by Johan Esterhuizen for the Fugard Festival in Nieu Bethesda in 2011.
her first professional role was that of Rokkies in Die Laaste Karretjiegraf (Fugard Theatre, 2013)
