Date premiered 1974; Place premiered Organic Theater Company.


Transations and adaptations

The play has been adapted for film twice: as the 1986 film About Last Night and the 2014 film About Last Night.

Performance history in South Africa

1992: Rhodes University Drama Department production during the Grahamstown Festival performed by Rikki Proost, Ronae Jolliffe, Justin Cohen and Carmen Curtayne.

2013: Directed by Chris Weare with Alistair Moulton Black, Melissa Haiden, Pierre Malherbe, and Marlisa Doubell at the Intimate Theatre, UCT Hiddingh Campus.
