Danilo Odendaal (fl 1930s) was an actor and company manager.

According to according to Ludwig Binge (1969), he was apparently the founder and leader of what Binge called a "mushroom" Afrikaans theatrical company in the Douglas area, in 1934, mentioned on occasion, but leaving no records.

He could possibly be the same person who is billed as D. Odendaal in articles on Volksteater, Pretoria and played the role of "Gerrit Maritz" in the 1938 Joseph Albrecht film Die Bou van 'n Nasie.
