The Way of the World a comedy in two acts by William Congreve (1670-1729)[1]

The original text
Considered one of the best Restoration comedies, the play revolves around the two lovers Mirabell and Millamant and the latter's dowry.
The play had its premiere in March 1700 in Lincoln's Inn Fields in London.
