The original text
A short monologue, written for the LitNet's "Stemme | Voices | Amazwi" project, a series of 10 monologues by established and upcoming dramatists, presented in co-operation with the Suidoosterfees, KKNK and NATi. This is a piece about a prisoner who ruminates on issues like being a man, fatherhood, guilt and self recrimination.
