Biography

Born in Mafikeng in the North West Province, South Africa. The family moved to Cape Town when she was 12, where she completed high school and went on to study at University of Cape Town, majoring in Drama and Psychology.

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

As a performer she has worked at a range of venues over the years, including New Africa , The Nassau Theatre, Grahamstown Festival, Joseph Stone Auditorium, Masque Theatre, Artscape and the Zabalaza Festival at the Baxter Theatre. She has performed in more than 10 productions, among them Beyond the Footlights and Tapestry

She has authored, directed, and acted in the award winning plays The Wedding Dress (2015), TIP-ex (2016), Wo-MAN
