Nasionale Toneel Organisasie can refer to any of two theatre organizations created in South Africa.
Nasionale Toneel Organisasie (Pretoria, 1947-1961)
Often referred to by its acronym, NTO, this was the Afrikaans name for the National Theatre Organisation, the first state-funded theatre organisation in South Africa and in the British Empire. Replaced by the four Performing Arts Councils in 1962.

A privately owned Cape theatre production company, founded by Chris Lodewyk and Walter James Samuels on 4 November 2019 in Goodwood, Cape Town.
