(19*-) Actress in film, radio and television. Born in **. Studied at the University of Cape Town, won Fleur du Cap Theatre Award for Most Promising Student in 1985. Besides acting, she has worked as Head of the UCT Wardrobe, lectured on stage make-up, and directed and designed for theatre and worked as an accent and performance coach for film. Highlights of her theatre acting career include Titus Andronicus, Wit, Women Beware Women and The Yellow Wall Paper, one of three one-woman shows she toured with in Canada under the directorship of Geoffrey Hyland, The Beauty Queen of Leenanedirected by Janice Honeyman (Fleur du Cap Theatre Award, Best Actress, 2001),Broken Glass (2011). She is also a painter, and she has exhibited and sold her paintings internationally.
