The text, credited to Mpumelelo Paul Grootboom and Mothusi Mokoto, was published in the volume Southern African plays collection (Pan African Publishers Ltd., 2018)

Performance history in South Africa
2001: First performed in the North West Province.
2004: Performed in The Arena at the State Theatre, Pretoria, directed by Mpumelelo Paul Grootboom, starring Siyabonga Thwala as the Nigerian brothel owner "Mubara". Also performed at the Windybrow Theatre, Hillbrow
2005: Performed at the Market Theatre, directed by Lara Foot Newton with Mpumelelo Paul Grootboom.
