Since 2005 he has been the Manager of Film, Television and Video for the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture in Mafikeng

He also appears to have his own company, DT Entertainment (DT Entertainment Mahikeng SA) for which he writes and directs plays.

He has written (and often directed) a number of plays over the years, including The Essence (2001), Intuition (2007), The Reward (2008?), Where We At? (2017),
